As part of a new growth initiative we're helping dispensary clients find and hire candidates for key positions. This description is for a Miami area dispensary that's looking for responsible Budtenders to advise their customers, educate them on cannabis products, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Work with a team to help foster a thriving workplace.
- Use customer service skills to create a great client experience.
- Inform customers about new products and services.
- Guide customers through the checkout and payment process.
- Complete logs and reports.
Skills
- Proven work experience in a relevant customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis (previous work in the industry not required).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
