Our architecture combines deterministic execution, decentralized cloud infrastructure, native identity/compliance systems, developer tooling, and institutional liquidity rails into a single integrated stack.
We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technical strategy, architecture execution, and engineering scale across the TOI ecosystem.
This role requires both deep systems thinking and strong execution capability.
● Lead overall technical architecture and engineering execution
● Scale engineering teams across protocol, infrastructure, tooling, and product
● Establish technical roadmap, development standards, and delivery processes
● Collaborate with leadership on long-term product and ecosystem strategy
● Support technical partnerships, enterprise integrations, and developer adoption
● Strong background in distributed systems, infrastructure, or blockchain architecture
● Experience leading high-performance engineering organizations
● Deep understanding of scalability, networking, execution systems, and infrastructure design
● Experience building production-grade systems with high reliability requirements
● Strong leadership and communication capabilities
