We are seeking a Marketing Intern / Coordinator with a strong interest in lifecycle marketing, campaign planning, and creative brief development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of marketing…someone who gets excited by seeing an idea evolve into a fully executed campaign with measurable results.
You will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to support lifecycle, paid media, and on-site marketing initiatives, helping turn big ideas into clear plans and effective execution
What you’ll do:
- Assist in building and maintaining marketing campaign calendars across key business initiatives.
- Support execution of campaigns tied to launches, promotions, brand announcements, seasonal moments, and theatrical/home entertainment releases.
- Help QA email and SMS campaigns for accuracy, timing, brand voice, and user experience.
- Pull and organize basic campaign performance metrics, including opens, clicks, engagement, and conversions.
- Assist in drafting clear and concise creative briefs for lifecycle marketing, paid media, and on-site assets.
- Help translate campaign goals into actionable briefs and creative direction for designers and cross-functional partners.
- Ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives, audience needs, and brand guidelines.
- Support coordination across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and other internal teams.
- Help connect creative strategy and campaign execution to broader business and revenue goals.
What we're looking for:
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in both acquisition and retention/lifecycle marketing.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain ideas simply and effectively.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets required.
- Bonus points for experience with tools such as Asana, Klaviyo or other ESPs, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager.
- Exposure to CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing analytics is a plus.
- Passion for pop culture, entertainment, anime, film, or fandom communities.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, startup-style environment where teams wear multiple hats.
