Camp Groundskeeper
Part-Time Position (Potential for Full-Time, Year-Round Growth)
Camp Tohi is seeking a dependable, hands-on Camp Groundskeeper to help care for our 200-acre woodland camp in Quakertown, PA.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, and wants to be part of a family-run operation that serves our local community. You'll work independently and at times alongside the owners, helping restore and maintain forest trails, campsites, glamping accommodations, facilities, and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain roads, camping/glamping sites, gathering spaces, and other outdoor amenities
- Safely operate and maintain equipment including lawn mowers, brush cutters, chainsaws, trimmers, and other tools
- Maintain expanding trail network
- Prepare firewood for campers
Guest & Team Support
- Work closely with campground ownership to prioritize projects and property needs
- Respond to urgent groundskeeping issues as they arise
- Document completed work and communicate supply, equipment, or repair needs
- Assist with restoration and improvement projects across the property

Requirements
- Comfortable operating power tools such as mowers, chainsaws, brush cutters, etc.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work occasional weekends or emergency situations when needed
