Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN to join our growing, physician-led practice in Nashville, Tennessee. This opportunity is ideal for a practicing physician or 2027 / 2028 resident seeking a collaborative environment, strong mentorship, excellent clinical support, and a clear path to partnership.

~ Shared 1:6 call rotation (2 new associates joining in 2026!)
~ Call taken from home unless clinical needs require hospital presence
~ Dedicated nursing team manages patient calls
Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs)
Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs)
Physician Assistant support
Dedicated clinical staff assigned to each physician
APP support for weekend rounding
