Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to the developmental needs of school-age children, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction through effective classroom management strategies.
- Support early intervention initiatives and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of children with special education requirements.
- Manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques, ensuring a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Conduct assessments including standardized testing and progress evaluations to monitor each child's academic growth and identify areas for additional support.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and fellow educators to communicate student progress, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones clearly and professionally.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
