Tofel Dent Construction is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our multi-family and commercial construction services.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the construction industry. You will collaborate closely with project teams, business development, pre-construction and leadership to craft compelling content and campaigns that showcase our expertise and values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
- Generate Proposal Responses for RFPs and maintain the company resume.
- Monitor public notices for potential project opportunities.
- Create engaging content including brochures, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Manage the company’s website and social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to promote the company.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, social media management, and email marketing software.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not required.
