Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated LPN ( New Grads welcome to apply ) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on Foot Care. . As an LPN , you will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients across various settings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Perform Wellness and Annual check procedures as needed.
- Participate in Foot Care Training

activities to contribute to advancements in healthcare Profession.
- Utilize the Practice Fusion electronic health record system for accurate documentation.
- Provide basic life support in emergency situations.
- Specialize in areas such as hospice palliative medicine, senior care, home care and urgent care
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications: Lisenced Nursing with specialization as a license Practical Nurse
- Valid license Practical Nurse in the state of practice.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience not necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate

-Working with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in using the Practice Fusion electronic health record system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
