Job Title: Medical Office Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including scheduling, patient flow, and maintaining medical records.

3. Financial Management: Oversee billing, coding, and collections processes. Manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
4. Compliance: Ensure the office complies with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, OSHA, and other federal and state laws.
5. Patient Relations: Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
6. Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies and medical equipment.
7. Coordination: Work with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient care and office workflow.
8. Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other office technologies.
9. Quality Improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and patient care quality.
