What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Manager/General Manager position at Todds Creole Kitchen?
Todds Creole Kitchen is currently seeking experienced applicants to fill Front of House Management rolls for hourly and salary based positions.
We are a hands-on group looking to maintain and grow the reputation we've gained for food quality, outstanding service and a guest centric culture that redefines the expectations of most casual to upscale casual dining service in today's world. Our goals also include continuing to grow the concept and our Hospitality group to create real opportunities for the people that join us and work alongside us every day to provide a true experience and not just another meal. Duties could include (based on position and needs):
- Hiring and maintaining staff levels for Front of House operations
- Scheduling
- Inventory management, counting and ordering
- Shift running (Actively working the service floor, conversating with guests, handling guest related issues, assisting Front of House stations during busy times)
- Cash handling and counting
- Working on and creating systems to elevate operations
- Assuring food and drink quality
