You'll be involved in project planning, scheduling, procurement, financial tracking, subcontractor coordination, and daily project execution while developing the leadership skills needed to become a successful Project Manager.

What You'll Do
- Partner with Project Managers and field leadership to plan and execute complex industrial construction projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, procurement, subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Help monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Build strong working relationships with Superintendents and field teams to remove obstacles and keep work moving.
- Anticipate problems, communicate proactively, and help drive projects to successful completion.
- Support a people-first, safety-driven culture in every aspect of the project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and construction experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar construction project role.
- Understanding of construction project execution, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on industrial or heavy commercial construction projects.
- Experience with project management software and construction management systems.
- Exposure to project financials, procurement, subcontract management, or scheduling.
- OSHA 30 or other construction safety training.
