What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lube Technician position at Todd's Auto Repair?
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and light duty services on vehicles
(experience with brakes, tune ups, transmission fluid changes, light suspension work would be preferred )
- Check fluids and top them off
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs
- Complete basic automotive services such as tire rotations and filter replacements
- Use hand tools and equipment to perform tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service or as a lube technician preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
