- SUMMARY
- Performs supervisory responsibilities for managing all on-site aspects of electrical construction projects up to $30M in size.
- This individual is accountable for providing daily direction and leadership to on-site personnel in order to provide a quality installation while maintaining the project schedule milestones and ensuring the labor budgets are met.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts.
- Build and maintain relationships with the customer, inspectors and other trades
- Responsible for managing, tracking and meeting project schedules and labor budgets
Ensure all installations meet quality and NEC standards.
Initiates requisitions for supplies, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflicts.
Supervises the operation of the entire project.
Enforces and ensures safety regulations, rules, and working conditions meet current company and OSHA Standards
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED; 10 years of related experience including supervisory or lead experience and considerable experience as a journeyman electrician or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent communication skills. Must have experience running jobs in $2M plus range
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Considerable knowledge of the National Electrical Code
Thorough knowledge of OSHA Regulations
Ability to supervise the work of skilled electricians
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Ability to communicate and coordinate with superiors, subordinates, vendors and all personnel.
Salary : $80,000 - $140,000
