The Todd Caviglia Allstate Agency is hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Inside Sales / Support Representative to join our growing team in Anaheim, CA. We are looking for someone who is personable, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role works with existing clientsno cold callingfocusing on policy support, cross-selling opportunities, and providing a world-class client experience.As a Licensed Inside Sales / Support Representative you will be helping our current clients with any questions or needs they have, as well as uncovering and identifying any additional needs.
