Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher at TodayCare Children's Centers, LLC, located in Birmingham, AL. The Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering lesson plans that engage and inspire children while fostering their learning and development. Daily tasks include creating age-appropriate educational activities, monitoring child wellbeing, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and maintaining effective communication with families and team members. The role also involves supporting the growth of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills in alignment with the organization’s educational philosophy.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching, with the ability to create and implement effective educational programs.
- Proficiency in Education and Training, with an understanding of childhood development and learning strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
