Your Game Plan
Team Coaching & Training Delivery (60%)
- Serve as lead coach for assigned teams and seasonal programs
- Plan and execute training sessions aligned with the club's playing philosophy
- Oversee all aspects of assigned team activities and match preparation
- Create a positive, challenging, and development-focused training environment
Player Development & Evaluation (25%)
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback that supports development
- Assist in player identification, recruitment, and selection processes
- Support individual player growth through ongoing feedback and development planning
- Foster confidence, motivation, and a lifelong passion for the game
Club Leadership & Professional Standards (15%)
- Build positive relationships with players, families, coaches, and club leadership
- Uphold club policies and all player safeguarding requirements
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions
- Pursue ongoing coaching education and professional development
- Support club initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience coaching youth soccer players, preferably ages 7–15
- Strong understanding of player development principles and coaching methodology
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with players, families, and staff
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Additional expertise in Goalkeeping, Sports Performance, Sports Medicine, Child Development, or Psychology preferred
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
