RESPONSIBILITIES: Register and Dining Room Runner
- Smiling and greeting guests when on the service line and throughout the dining area
- Full menu knowledge
- Thorough understanding of POS system in place and proper cash handling procedures
- Quality and accuracy of orders
- Delivering food to customers
- Cleaning and maintaining the dining area
- Follow procedures and recipes on food items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Shift side work to include opening and closing duties
REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both in person and over phone
- Maintain a positive, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Performs duties that require standing and fast movement throughout the kitchen and dining room. Walks and stands during the entire shift. Position requires reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and wiping.
WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS
Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
