As we expand in NYC, we’re looking for passionate, hospitality-driven individuals to join our opening team and help shape our U.S. café culture.

The Role

We’re hiring Full-Time Baristas who are passionate about specialty coffee and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You’ll prepare drinks to a high standard, engage warmly with guests, and help deliver the daily magic that defines Toby’s Estate. This is a chance to be part of something new and exciting in NYC coffee.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, filter coffee, and other beverages to Toby’s Estate recipes and standards
• Deliver warm, genuine hospitality with every guest interaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all café stations and FOH areas
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle transactions
• Replenish stock and supplies during service
• Follow NYC food safety and workplace compliance standards
• Participate in team training, calibration sessions, and tastings
• Support opening and closing procedures as scheduled
• Uphold brand values and contribute to a positive team culture

About You

• 2 year experience in specialty or third wave coffee
• Passionate about great coffee and people
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
