Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Video Production Expertise: Conceptualizing, filming (or directing), and editing high-quality video content for various social media platforms.
• Storytelling Prowess: Crafting engaging narratives that communicate complex AI concepts in an accessible and captivating manner.
• Social Media Management: Developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, and overseeing day-to-day activities across platforms (e.g., X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
• Content Creation Versatility: Producing a range of content formats beyond video, including written posts, graphics, and interactive elements.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring social media metrics, analyzing data to optimize strategies, and reporting on performance.
• Platform Best Practices: Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform-specific best practices.
• Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, research) to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.

Qualifications:

• Have success already, of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the technology or b2b sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in 1 video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut 2 Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
