Position: Private Equity Analyst – San Francisco, CA. Mandatory 5 Days in Office.
Compensation & Benefits: Up to $120k, subject to experience, and carried interest across multiple funds. Full benefits (including 100% employer contribution on health insurance).
Background: Tobin Capital Group (TCG) is a Stanford Graduate School of Business-founded, tech-enabled real estate private equity firm and operating company. TCG owns and operates ~$450M in real estate. TCG is launching its second fund and aims to 5x its real estate portfolio within five years.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Analyst:
- Daily Operations Management of Portfolio: Support all daily operational needs of the business including day-to-day support of the front-line team.
- Operational Efficiency Analysis: Evaluate areas of inefficiency and deploy creative solutions to drive operational improvements leading to outsized business success.
- Front-Line Team Leadership: Support hiring process for new front-line team members, monthly front-line team meetings, monthly 1v1 feedback meetings, and mentor front-line team for success.
- Acquisition Management: Assist with new property onboarding, including deployment of TCG's operational playbook, and support acquisition team through due diligence.
- Training & Continuing Education Program Development: Support front-line continuing education programs and support re-design & development of a Version 3.0 comprehensive training program for new hires on the front-line and corporate team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Major Agnostic, Emphasis on Demonstrated Excellence.
Experience: 0-3 years of Private Equity, Investment Banking, Financial Consulting, Real Estate or Operating experience preferred.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
