Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in welding various metals using TIG welding techniques. The primary responsibility of this role is to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to blueprints and specifications. The TIG Welder should possess strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures to determine project requirements.
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate tools and materials for each job.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing rust, grease, and other contaminants.
- TIG welds a variety of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium, ensuring proper penetration, fusion, and appearance.
- Monitor welding processes to avoid overheating, distortion, or other defects.
- Perform welding in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead) as required by the project.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to specifications using visual inspection and measuring tools.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements:
