Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Move-Out Cleaner to join our team. You’ll be responsible for deep cleaning vacant homes and apartments to prepare them for new tenants. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy independent work, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all areas of empty residential units, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
Clean inside and outside of appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, and microwaves
Wipe down cabinets, counter tops, baseboards, doors, and light fixtures
Clean interior windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
Take out any remaining trash and leave the unit move-in ready
Follow provided cleaning checklists and report any damages or issues
Requirements:
Prior residential or move-out cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to lift to 25 lbs and perform physically active work
Punctual and dependable
