Private Full Time Housekeeper / Clean professional

PAY FREQUENCY: Paid WEEKLY with a consistent salary. Opportunities for summer bonus due to social dinner parties etc. and end-of-the-year bonus.

SCHEDULE: Working weekly from Friday to Tuesday. Saturday and Sunday included. Day Shift.

WORK LOCATION: Need to have an insured car to travel to Malibu for 2 other residences to clean twice a week.

Equipment and supplies are provided by the house. Can wear comfortable, dry-fit attire as long as it is appropriate.

**Seeking a positive, hardworking, team-oriented, Full-time Housekeeper with some experience and references, if possible. This position is primarily based in Beverly Hills. She will have to drive over to Malibu to clean 2 other residences under the same owner twice a week. The duties will include all aspects involved with cleaning, maintaining, and providing service within a private residence. This person must be flexible, proactive and enjoy being a part of the household team. They must possess professional demeanor and communication skills, exercise discretion and be trustworthy. Overtime may occur.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job function satisfactorily, which includes the following essential job functions:

• Hands-on cleaning including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, sanitizing, and polishing of all surfaces within the home including but not limited to floors, walls, countertops, sinks, tubs, toilets, showers, drains, appliances, ceilings, registers, screens, windows, vents, light fixtures, furniture, artwork, light switch plate covers, window treatments, knobs, pulls, handles and buttons.
• Proper knowledge and ability to delicately handle all items customarily found in the home of a high net-worth family including fine china, glassware, crystal, silver, jewelry, artwork, couture, leather, upholstery, furniture, and any and all rare collectibles
• Washing and drying dishes (by hand and with the machine)
• Collecting, washing, folding, ironing, steaming, and returning high-end clothing and delicate materials to the proper location.
• Changing bed linens and making beds to a proper standard
• Separating and removing garbage and recycling daily
• Restocking personal care products, toilet paper, etc. daily
• Picking up clutter and other general organization daily.
• Deep-cleaning of specific areas, rooms, and items on an ongoing basis
• Watering plants and helping to prepare flowers for the house owner to create floral arrangements using flowers from the property weekly.
• Care of outdoor furniture, cushions, pillows
• Comfortable and skilled at climbing ladders for various household projects
• Assisting with heavy lifting, special projects, house organization and household event setup, and teardown
• Basic service skills including setting a formal table, serving at small gatherings and sometimes larger events
• Following daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal household task lists
• Willingness to follow checklists in order every time to ensure consistency of service
• Willingness to learn to operate certain applications needed for the house.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.
• Must be able to follow instructions communicated by the house owner or supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
• Maintain an excellent attendance record, rarely absent from work, extremely flexible and reliable, looking for someone committed.
• Communicate with a team of other staff members in order to accomplish all tasks and goals

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
