Job Summary:
Tobacco Road Sports Cafe (Durham location) is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Handle payment transactions accurately (previous experience with TOAST POS a plus)
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Support team members and assist with side work as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred
