Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with attention to detail and integrity
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to attract customer attention and maximize sales potential
- Assist with stocking, inventory management, and replenishing merchandise throughout the store
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for those interested in leadership growth
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly valued
- Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts
