Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Title Attorney based in Greenville, SC. The Title Attorney will be responsible for examining and/or reviewing property titles, providing legal advice on real estate transactions, and conducting legal research. The role also includes preparing and reviewing legal documents.
Qualifications
- Strong Research skills on property-related matters
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of real estate laws and practices
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active licensure to practice law in South Carolina
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
