Responsibilities
- Be a leader for team members and promote a positive and productive work environment
- Accurately complete prep lists and ensure each station has everything it needs to operate during business hours
- Step in to help solve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Communicate with manager on inventory, including low stock levels, approaching expiration dates, and other relevant matters
- Ensure team members are correctly making toasts, smoothies, bowls, and other menu items
- Take initiative to assist with training and teaching new employees
- 6 months of full-time experience working at Toastique
- Completion of all training programs
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Coachable and accountable
