Front-of-House (FOH) Team Member – Toastique
Position Summary
Team Members are the most important part of Toastique. As front-line employees, FOH Team Members are responsible for creating high-quality menu items - including toasts, smoothies, bowls, and coffee - while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude to ensure customers move quickly and smoothly through the ordering and pickup process.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders using the POS system, ensuring accuracy by repeating orders, collecting names, and confirming dine-in or to-go preferences
- Prepare smoothies, bowls, toasts, and coffees according to ticket specifications, maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation standards
- Manage order flow by prioritizing tickets, checking online orders, and ensuring timely completion of all items
- Handle customer transactions and maintain an organized and efficient front-of-house operation
- Answer store phone calls and direct inquiries to shift leads or managers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of smoothie and toast stations, dining areas, and restrooms
- Restock cups, disposable items, and merchandise as needed throughout the shift
- Follow direction from shift leads and managers to ensure proper preparation and daily operations
- Assist with back-of-house duties, including dishwashing, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and putting away deliveries
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications

- Previous food service experience preferred, but not required
