Server/Cashier - Part-time (2-3 days per week)

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Server/Cashier, working 2 to 3 days per week in a lively and welcoming environment. Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday 11AM to 7:30PM. Tuesdays and Thursdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service, including food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all details are correct.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
• Process sales transactions swiftly and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and bussing duties.
• Maintain a clean workplace by completing side work.
• Foster positive guest relations through excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for processing transactions smoothly.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Knowledge of food service enhances guest interactions.
• Strong communication skills combined with excellent time management enable you to serve guests promptly while multitasking effectively.
• Experience with food safety standards and sanitation practices ensures compliance with health regulations.
• Prior host/hostess or bussing experience is a plus for supporting overall restaurant operations.
