Our restaurant operates primarily during morning and brunch hours, which means no late nights and a balanced schedule.

Position Overview

Bartenders at Toast To That! are responsible for preparing cocktails, specialty beverages, and espresso drinks while delivering excellent guest service.

This role works closely with servers and the bar team to ensure drinks are prepared quickly and consistently during busy brunch service.

Bartenders also play an important role in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests seated at the bar.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

· Prepare cocktails, mimosas, and specialty drinks according to restaurant standards

· Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

· Prepare espresso drinks and specialty coffee beverages

· Maintain consistency in drink recipes and presentation

Guest Service

· Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar

· Answer questions about cocktails and menu items

· Make beverage recommendations to guests and servers

· Maintain a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere

Bar Organization

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

· Restock bar ingredients, garnishes, and glassware

· Assist with bar prep including juices, fruit, and mixers

· Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

Teamwork

· Work closely with servers and food runners during service

· Support bar team members during busy shifts

· Assist with opening and closing duties

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has previous bartending experience (preferred)

· Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Has strong communication and guest service skills

· Is knowledgeable about cocktails and bar service

· Enjoys working as part of a team

· Has weekend availability

Experience with espresso or coffee drinks is a plus but not required.

Schedule

· Morning and brunch shifts

· Weekend availability required

· No late-night shifts

Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
