🖤 The Role
We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and highly efficient Social Media Manager to manage and grow multiple brand accounts. This is a 20-hour per week contract role with potential for increased hours over time. The role is hybrid (LA virtual) and requires schedule flexibility to accommodate content shoots, brand needs, and timely engagement.
As the Social Media Manager, you’ll have the support of a Social Media Coordinator and future interns and report to both the Team Lead and the Founder/CEO.
🖤 What You'll Do
- Manage daily social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more)
- Create engaging, trend-forward content using Canva (must be proficient) and other tools; Adobe Suite experience is a plus
- Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand voice
- Stay ahead of social media trends and create content that is relevant, timely, and shareable
- Engage with online communities, responding to DMs and comments in real-time
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with our creative team for content shoots and campaign rollouts
- Occasionally attend in-person brand shoots or activations in LA
🖤 Who You Are
- 2 years of social media experience, preferably in an agency or multi-brand setting
- Must be highly proficient in Canva and love creating engaging, relevant content
- Experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and always in the loop with social trends
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Comfortable working with a flexible schedule to accommodate social media demands
- LA-based (and able to attend occasional in-person meetings and content shoots)
