On-call positions (No benefits package)
Salary
LPN $23.00/hour
RN $31.00/hour
Qualifications
Must be licensed as an LPN or RN and eligible to practice in the State of Maryland.
Ability to communicate effectively using the English language when deemed necessary.
Current CPR certification.
Preferred at least one year of LPN or RN experience.
Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of medical equipment.
Must be able to effectively perform physical tasks such as pulling, pushing, bending, reaching and lifting up to 50lbs.
Ability to communicate effectively using the English language when deemed necessary.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of the health suite.
Assess students complaints of illness or injury and determine appropriate action to be taken.
Administer first aid and emergency care.
Handle and administer prescribed medication to students.
Complete appropriate forms to report student accidents.
Report suspected child abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities.
