Position Overview: We are looking for licensed, or eligible to be licensed, Unarmed Security Officers who are passionate about security and have a strong desire to serve and protect. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide unarmed security services to clients in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential locations.
- Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect security threats.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Maintain a high level of vigilance and professionalism at all times.
- Interact with clients, employees, and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must possess, or be eligible to possess, a valid Tennessee unarmed Security Officer License in accordance with the Department of Insurance and Commerce.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in security, military or law enforcement is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid Drivers License
