Duties
- Safely ascend trees using climbing gear, rigging techniques, and harnesses to perform pruning, trimming, or removal tasks.
- Operate aerial lift equipment such as bucket trucks to access high branches or perform landscape maintenance from elevated positions.
- Conduct rigging operations to securely remove limbs or trees, ensuring safety for team members and property.
- Maintain all safety protocols during climbing and aerial operations while ensuring equipment is in excellent working condition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tree climbing, tree trimming, and related activities.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Clean drivers license.
- Ability to obtain CDL within two months
- Ability to operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe removal or pruning of trees.
- Familiarity with GIS software for mapping or project planning is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to aerial work and tree care operations.
- Excellent physical fitness with the ability to climb, lift heavy equipment, and work at heights comfortably.

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
