What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader position at TnT Premier Landscape?
We're looking for an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to run a team of 2–3 crew members on daily landscaping routes. You'll be responsible for making sure jobs are done efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. There is lots of room to grow within the company, overtime pay (time and half). Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 2–3 team members throughout the workday
- Perform and oversee mowing, weed eating, edging, and blowing
- Hand-pull weeds and maintain garden beds
- Trim and shape shrubs
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and other landscaping material
- Load/unload equipment and ensure proper care of tools and machinery
- Communicate with the office/manager on job status and any issues
- Ensure crew follows safety practices on site
- Drive company truck
Requirements:
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (ability to drive a truck/trailer a plus)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation our sho[
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm
Pay: $18.00–$24.00 per hour
