At TNT Earth Moving, we operate a focused, efficient concrete crushing and recycling operation built on experienced people, well maintained equipment, and a strong commitment to safety and production. We are looking for a Crusher Support Operator to join our crushing crew and assist in daily operations. This role is ideal for an experienced equipment operator looking to grow within a crushing operation.
The Crusher Support Operator works directly under the Crushing Foreman and assists with all aspects of crushing operations. The primary function of this role is operating an excavator, loader, and skid steer to support material flow and site activities. Prior crushing experience is not required. If you can run equipment and work hard, we will teach you the rest.
Position Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, loaders, and skid steers in support of crushing operations
- Assist with material flow through the crusher to maintain consistent production
- Assist with breaking oversized concrete and rebar removal
- Support site setup, operation, and cleanup activities
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Follow direction from the Crushing Foreman on production priorities
- Communicate equipment or production issues to the Foreman
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
Position Requirements
- Strong experience operating excavators, loaders, and skid steers
- Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive independently
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards
- Willingness to travel as needed for crushing operations
- Crushing or screening experience is a plus but not required
- Mechanical awareness is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, communicate, and see
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and access equipment safely
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Compensation and Benefits
TNT Earth Moving offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22 to $28 per hour based on experience, along with a benefits package that includes:
