GREAT PAY
We offer our Collision Repair Technicians a flat-rate pay of $20–$30 per hour based on experience and efficiency, along with consistent repair hours supported by clean disassembly and pre-ordered parts.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR COLLISION REPAIR TECHNICIAN
The position is available for either full-time or part-time work, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
As our Collision Repair Technician, you'll perform OEM-level collision repairs using TNT's blueprinting process, manage supplements and parts needs, document work accurately, and ensure safety standards, including calibrations and test drives. You'll maintain an organized work area and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional collision repair experience (A-Tech: advanced structural/metal repair skills; B-Tech: strong panel, body, and R&I skills)
- Ability to follow OEM procedures and produce quality work
I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (or willingness to obtain with company support), as well as experience with structural or welded repairs, are a plus.
