Stratus Distribution is a fast-growing wholesale distributor based in Salem, Oregon, specializing in vape and smoke shop products. We proudly supply convenience stores and smoke shops across the state with premium vapes and other smoke shop related items. We’re looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join our team to help support our warehouse and delivery operations as we continue to expand.
Position Overview
We’re seeking an individual to help keep our Warehouse & Delivery operations running smoothly. This role combines warehouse organization, delivery driving, and customer service. You’ll be responsible for building and delivering customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver products to customers—including convenience stores and smoke shops—using a company vehicle.
- Accurately pick, pack, and organize customer orders.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers; handle inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory in the warehouse.
- Accurately enter purchase orders (POs) and assist with inventory tracking.
- Occasionally travel for product pickups, including local trips and longer routes (up to 8 hours) once a week or biweekly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery preferred.
- Knowledge of vape or smoke shop products is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Able to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or POS software is a bonus.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional
overtime as needed.
Pay: $21/hour.
