TNS Autosports is seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Mechanic to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, accurate diagnostics, and delivering dependable repairs. You’ll work on a wide range of vehicles while supporting performance upgrades, maintenance services, and repair work.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using modern diagnostic tools
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, suspension, fluids, tune-ups)
Repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and drivetrain components
Conduct inspections and identify preventative maintenance needs
Install aftermarket components and performance upgrades when required
Maintain accurate repair orders and communicate findings clearly
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Keep workspace clean and follow shop procedures
Qualifications
2 years of automotive repair experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with domestic & import vehicles
ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Electrical troubleshooting & wiring
Suspension and lift kit installation
Performance upgrades & aftermarket parts installation
Alignment and steering repair experience

Full-time position
Tuesday–Saturday schedule
