Job DescriptionTNM Solutions LLC is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily delivery operations for our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in Rockford, IL.
This is a hands-on operations role responsible for coordinating drivers, ensuring smooth dispatch, and maintaining high performance across all delivery routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor drivers’ delivery progress and safe driving practices
- Set roster and schedule drivers based on route count
- Assist with morning load-out and dispatch operations
- Ensure all vans are loaded correctly, safely, and all routes are fully covered
- Support distribution of vans and asset bags
- Train and onboard new drivers
- Open and close daily operations
- Inspect vans for damage and report issues
- Monitor driver progress, attendance, and hours
- Communicate with drivers and leadership to resolve issues in real time
- Perform additional operational tasks as needed
- Minimum 1 year of recent Amazon DSP dispatching experience (required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to influence and manage a team effectively
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Experience coaching and developing staff
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Rockford, IL
- Availability for early mornings, weekends, and full shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
