Duties

- Perform stocking duties to ensure shelves are well-organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing in line with merchandising standards.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to increase sales.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support retail store operations through cashiering duties, retail math calculations, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is highly preferred.
