Position Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to help streamline our sales process and support our sales team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable working behind the scenes to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the sales team
· Manage and update customer records in CRM systems
· Coordinate communication between sales, clients, and internal teams
· Assist with order processing and follow-ups
· Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
· Answer phones and direct or resolve customer and sales-related inquiries
· Submit sales orders
· Back up shipping clerk – assist with shipping responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
· Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office,
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
