Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable/Receivable - General Accountant at our Ardmore, PA office. The role involves processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, managing invoicing, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt payment processing, resolve discrepancies, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Accounting and Finance skills with experience managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Proficient in Invoicing procedures and ensuring accurate and timely financial documentation
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients professionally
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction industry accounting practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Compensation Range
$50,000-$60,000
