PART TIME Admissions Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admissions and Enrollment Coordinator to join our educational team. In this vital role, you will manage the entire student admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation. Work Schedule:

T/W/TH : 4:30pm - 9:30pm

Saturdays: 7:30am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.
• Conduct engaging public speaking presentations and campus tours to promote the institution’s programs and values.
• Manage student information within the student information system (SIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate application processing, review documents for completeness, and verify eligibility in accordance with institutional policies and educational regulations.
• Collaborate with academic departments to facilitate student recruitment efforts and support outreach initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant interactions, admission decisions, and enrollment statistics using spreadsheets and data management tools.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation standards, legal requirements, and school policies related to admissions and enrollment management.

Skills

• Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
• Billingual a Plus!
• Proficiency student information systems for data management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of education administration practices, including admissions procedures and academic policy adherence.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working within an academic institution environment, understanding of recruiting strategies, and familiarity with university processes.
• Effective team management abilities coupled with customer service expertise to support prospective students effectively.
• Knowledge of educational compliance regulations, confidentiality handling procedures, and school policy implementation.
• Proven ability to work with students directly, providing guidance on application processes and academic advising when needed.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
