Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly when they call or enter, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Maintain organized filing systems, including document proofreading and record keeping
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills are essential
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist, personal assistant, or in office management is a plus
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to proofread documents accurately and maintain confidentiality
This is a small family owned business that is very busy in peak season. We are not willing to train anyone on the requirements listed, you must have experience in this position.
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
