As the Field Project Manager you will oversee multiple renovation projects in the middle Tennessee aera. Projects will vary in scope and budget, and you’ll be responsible for managing the execution phase from start to finish—including any seller repair amendment items tied to retail sales. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with a Preconstruction Manager, who will create scopes and budgets for each job, and have support from a Construction Assistant for day-to-day coordination.

What will I do?
- Lead, manage, and hold contractors, vendors, and subcontractors accountable in alignment with TN HomeBuyers’ core values
- Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, and all related documentation
- Ensure all renovations are completed on or under budget and meet quality standards that make properties market-ready for sale or rent
- Deliver projects on or ahead of schedule based on the established construction timeline
- Actively manage and track costs throughout all phases of construction
- Identify, vet, and build strong relationships with new vendors and subcontractors
- Implement the company’s vision and support new initiatives as directed by Senior Leadership
- Schedule and manage seller repair amendment work once a property is under contract for sale
- Utilize project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend, Construction Online) to track progress and communication
- 4 years of residential construction project management,
- Strong budgeting and cost management skills across varied project scopes
- Experience reading and interpreting scopes of work, construction plans, and contracts
- Hands-on experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Ability to manage project documentation, change orders, and punch lists
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
