What You’ll Do:
- Conduct field visits and basic property inspections
- Deliver letters and documentation
- Perform brief interviews with homeowners when required
- Submit time-sensitive photos and reports
Requirements:
- Provide proof of an EIN, DBA, LLC, or Business License (state or county)
- Take a background check
- Own a smartphone with reliable service
- Have dependable internet, a computer, and a printer
- Be available for occasional evening or weekend work based on client needs
- Strong organization, reliability, and navigation skills
Compensation:
- Typical earnings range from $400–$1,000 per month depending on area
- Some territories may offer higher earning potential
- Limited availability by location
