What are the responsibilities and job description for the Martial Arts Instructor / Youth Coach position at TN Aeon Martial Arts?
TN Aeon Martial Arts is looking for energetic, positive, and reliable instructors to join our growing martial arts school. We specialize in Traditional & Modern Taekwondo and Kickboxing while creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment for students of all ages.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults, helping students grow in confidence, discipline, and fitness, and being part of a strong team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead or assist martial arts classes for kids, teens, and adults
- Create a positive and high-energy class environment
- Help students improve confidence, focus, discipline, and fitness
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with families
- Support school events, intro lessons, and community activities
Qualifications
- Martial arts experience preferred but not required
- Taekwondo, Kickboxing, coaching, athletic, or teaching background is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Enjoy working with children and families
- Willingness to learn and grow as an instructor
