TMV is looking for a Content Creator who leads with strong conceptual foundation and pairs that with the ability to shoot and edit compelling short-form video. This role is ideal for someone who understands how visuals, and pacing work together to stop the scroll and tell a story.
You’ll be responsible for creating original content across social platforms—filming content, and editing videos that feel native, timely, and engaging.
This role will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of clients in CPG, automotive, banking, B2B, luxury and more.

- Concept and create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, etc.)
- Shoot high-quality content using a phone or camera (lighting, framing, audio awareness)
- Edit videos with strong pacing, text overlays, music, and transitions
- Adapt content to different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and brand teams on campaigns and content ideas
- Stay current on social trends, formats, and platform best practices
- Manage multiple pieces of content from concept to final delivery
- Excellent editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Proven experience creating social-first content
- Strong understanding of storytelling, tone, and audience engagement
- Comfortable shooting video content (self-shot or with others)
- Solid video editing skills
- Understanding of social platforms and how content performs on each
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Organized, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Experience building or managing a brand’s social presence
- On-camera confidence or experience directing talent
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills
- Photography or graphic design experience
- Adobe Suite knowledge: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD)
- Knowledge of analytics and performance optimization
- High creative ownership and influence
