Position Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, manage risks and resources, and work closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple complex IT projects and programs.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project scope, requirements, dependencies, and resources.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level reporting, recommendations, and project updates.
- Support continuous improvement through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of project management experience, including 3 years in IT projects; or 11 years of related business experience.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technology projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Salary : $80 - $90
